Exchange & Non-Return Policy

At Gargini Fashion Hub, we take pride in offering premium-quality fashion apparel and accessories. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the best quality standards.

Please note that all fashion items sold on Gargini Fashion Hub are non-returnable. However, we do provide an exchange policy under specific conditions.

  1. Non-Return Policy

All items purchased from Gargini Fashion Hub are non-returnable due to hygiene, quality, and safety reasons.

We request customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing their orders.

  1. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for size or defective/damaged product under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange:

  • You have received a wrong product (different color, size, or style than ordered).
  • You have received a damaged or defective item.
  • You need a different size for the same product (subject to availability).

Mandatory Packing Video:

  • All customers must record a clear video showing the product condition and packing process before handing it over. This is for safety and proof of intact product transfer.

Video is Required in Edge Cases:

  • In case of damage, mismatch, or disputes, we may request this video. Failure to provide it will result in automatic rejection of the Exchange.

 

 

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange is available only once per order.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage post-delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Accessories, lingerie, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email at support.gargini@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for exchange, and attach clear product images.
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange pickup or   re-shipment process.
  4. Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for exchange.
  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible.
